4. Apple Health & Apple Watch Data
If you choose to connect Apple Health or Apple Watch:
The App accesses health-related data only with your explicit permission.
The App reads selected data and uses it to generate personal insights within the App.
The App does not write data back to Apple Health.
You may revoke permissions at any time through iOS system settings.
5. Data Storage
App-related data may be stored securely using third-party services such as Firebase.
Data is protected using industry-standard security measures, including encryption in transit and at rest provided by the service provider.

6. Account & Data Deletion
